Laser Surgery
Do you have unsightly growths or fungi on your feet? Modern laser technology can remove them quickly. Our podiatry specialists describe the procedure as relatively painless and safe. In most cases, we won’t even need to use anesthesia. It can be done in our office, which means that you won’t need to make any trips to the hospital. Recovery is normally uncomplicated, and you should be back to your everyday routine within a few hours. We use K-lasers, carbon dioxide lasers, and PinPointe lasers, depending on your specific needs.
In just five to ten minutes, we can eliminate uncomfortable or embarrassing conditions such as:

- Toenail fungus
- Foot fungus
- Ingrown toenails
Minimal Incision Podiatric Surgery
This procedure is recommended to:
- Remove bunions
- Remove calluses
- Remove corns
- Reduce heel pain
To perform this outpatient surgery, we make a small incision into the foot and remove the calcified or soft tissue. Normally, it is not painful, and we do not use anesthesia. Most patients require little to no recovery and experience minimal scarring.
Cryostar Cryoanalgesic Surgery
We use the latest technology to freeze sensory nerves in the foot in order to manage chronic pain. Performing traditional removal surgery on nerves causes them to grow back as neuromas. This can result in severe pain and exacerbate the original problem. Cryostar Cryoanalgesic surgery is minimally invasive and works like an anesthetic, but with long-lasting results. There is little to no scarring, and the entire process only takes about 15 minutes. Most insurance plans cover this surgery, and it has a 90% success rate.

Prolotherapy
If you have chronic joint pain, prolotherapy can help. We inject a serum of concentrated dextrose into your joints to produce inflammation and encourage the body to repair the area naturally. It is commonly used to treat osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, or bursitis. While some doctors suggest alternative corticosteroid injections, these will only suppress inflammation and provide temporary pain relief. Prolotherapy offers a long-term solution.
